Scaling research: repositories, democratisation and ResearchOps
After this you can set up a findings repository people actually search, and decide what research non-researchers should and should not run themselves.
Why it matters
When a company does more research than one person can track, insight gets lost: the same question is studied three times, and findings live in slide decks nobody can find. ResearchOps is the practice of fixing that: recruitment, consent, tooling, repositories, and guardrails for designers and PMs running their own studies. Focus on atomic findings (one observation, its evidence, its tags) over report archives, and on deciding which methods are safe to democratise. Trap: building a repository as a filing cabinet. If it is not part of how decisions get made, nobody will open it. Free video coverage here is thin; the written NN/g material is the best free source.
How to use this resource
What a repository is for, how to structure findings so they can be reused, and why most fail. The most practical free treatment available; no video comes close.
