Auto layout
After this you can build screens that reflow correctly when content changes, using nested auto layout with the right sizing and spacing behaviour.
Why it matters
Auto layout is the single feature that separates designers who can work on real products from those who cannot, because real content varies in length and real screens have many sizes. Learn hug versus fill versus fixed, spacing modes, alignment, and how nesting composes. Expect this to feel unintuitive for a few hours: it maps onto flexbox, and the concepts are genuinely new if you have not written CSS. Trap: building the layout visually first and adding auto layout after. Start with it.
