Setting a quality bar across an organisation
After this you can define what 'quality' means for your product in observable terms and set up the mechanisms (reviews, principles, examples, ownership) that hold it across teams you do not run.
Why it matters
Quality at organisational scale does not come from a single talented reviewer; it comes from a shared definition of good, exemplars people can point at, review mechanisms that catch problems early, and leaders who visibly prioritise it over speed when it matters. Focus on making quality concrete and on the trade-off with shipping velocity, which you will be asked to defend. Trap: being the bottleneck, the leader who must approve every screen. If quality depends on you personally, it does not scale and it will not survive your next holiday.
