Running the search as a process
After this you have a tracked, weekly search process that prioritises referrals and warm routes over mass applying.
Why it matters
Treat it as a pipeline with a weekly cadence: a target list of companies, a tracker, and a deliberate split between cold applications and warm routes. The uncomfortable arithmetic is that cold applications to popular listings convert terribly for juniors, while referrals convert well. So most of your effort belongs in building relationships before you need them. Apply to roles asking for slightly more experience than you have; those requirements are wishlists. Trap: measuring effort by applications sent. Measure conversations started.
How to use this resource
A concrete, repeatable process rather than encouragement. Steal the tracking system.
