Facilitating design critique for a team
After this you can set up and run a recurring team critique (format, roles, ground rules, timing) that produces decisions and improves work without bruising people.
Why it matters
Earlier you learned to give and receive critique. Running it for a team is a different skill: choosing the format (round-robin, silent critique, focused sessions), making sure the presenter says what stage the work is at and what feedback they need, keeping discussion anchored on goals, drawing out quiet people, and closing with written decisions and owners. The facilitator's job is the quality of the conversation, not their own opinion of the work. Trap: a critique dominated by the most senior person present. If the facilitator is also the senior, say less.
