You have reviewed, with a leader outside design, what your strategy and leadership work changed, and written down what you would do next.
Why it matters
Sit down with a leader outside design who has watched your work (a head of product, an engineering director) and go through the strategy, the bets and what happened. Ask them what changed because of it and what did not. Write a one-page summary in their words as much as yours. This is the evidence that distinguishes expert-level impact from senior-level output, and the conversation is itself the work: influence at this level is a relationship, not a document.
