Senior product design: owning outcomes · Proficient · Lesson 67 of 99 · about 2 hours
Milestone: present the outcome review
You have presented your outcome review to the team that built the feature and recorded what you would do differently.
Why it matters
Present the outcome review in thirty minutes to the people who worked on the feature (PM, engineers, anyone from support or data who helped) and ask them to challenge it. Note every correction. Then add a final section: the three decisions you would make differently and the one you would repeat. This is the artifact a promotion committee or a senior-level interviewer will ask for, and the presentation is practice for the question 'tell me about something you owned'.
