Reviewing other analysts' work
After this you can review a colleague's SQL, analysis or memo for correctness, clarity and reasoning, and give comments that improve the work without discouraging the author.
Why it matters
Review is how a team's quality bar rises. Check the things that change conclusions first: the grain of joins, filters, definitions, denominators, statistical claims, and whether the conclusion follows from the evidence. Style comes last. Write comments as questions where you can and explain why, so the author learns rather than just complies. Software engineering's code review practice is the best free guide; it transfers almost unchanged.
