How data analyst interview loops work
After this you can describe each stage of a typical analyst interview loop and what each stage is testing.
Why it matters
Know the format before you prepare for it. Most loops test four things: can you write correct SQL under time pressure, can you reason about a business problem with numbers, can you communicate clearly with non-technical people, and will you be pleasant and reliable to work with. Hiring managers are mostly assessing the last three; the SQL screen is a filter.
