How a business question becomes an analysis and then a decision
After this you can outline the steps from a stakeholder's vague question to a decision, and say where analysts add the most value.
Why it matters
The analyst's real product is a better decision, not a chart. Focus on the first step most beginners skip: turning 'can you pull some numbers on churn?' into a specific question with a decision attached. The trap is to start querying immediately; ten minutes of clarifying questions routinely saves days of answering the wrong thing.
