The analytics case study and product-metrics round
After this you can structure an open-ended business case out loud: clarify, define metrics, form hypotheses, propose an analysis and make a recommendation.
Why it matters
Case rounds ask questions like 'sign-ups dropped 15 percent last week, what do you do?' or 'how would you measure the success of this feature?'. There is no single right answer; they are testing structure. Clarify the question, check the data is right before explaining it, segment, form hypotheses, and say what you would recommend and what would change your mind. The trap is jumping to a solution in the first thirty seconds.
