Milestone: decide to continue or stop
After this you can state in writing why you are continuing, how many hours a week you will commit, and what would make you stop.
Why it matters
Write one paragraph for yourself: what you learned about the job, what appeals, what worries you, and your weekly time budget. If the honest answer is 'this is not for me', you have saved yourself a year. If you continue, you now have a reason to come back to on the hard weeks.
